I am looking for small commercial premises on ul Poznanska (or ul Emilii Plater) or Mokotowska or similar in Warsaw for sale or rent.

This is what I am looking for:

• Premises to buy or rent.
• Location – Poznanska or Emilii Plater, Warsaw
• Ground floor only, with large vitrine, so interior completely visible from street.
• Space 50-100 m2.
• No gastronomy planned. I am looking for a space for a gallery/store.
