Companyspace.com is a digital information service (SaaS) that provides users with access to structured data about commercial properties for rent and commercial properties for sale. The Service is offered as an ongoing subscription without any binding period.
The Service consists of collecting, processing, and presenting commercial property listings from multiple external and internal sources. Through automated processes, market data is structured and made searchable in one unified platform.
As a paying user, you have access to the Service through a user account throughout the active subscription period, including:
- Continuously updated information about commercial properties for rent and commercial properties for sale
- The opportunity to discover listings shortly after publication
- A consolidated overview based on multiple different sources
- Redirection to the original source or contact details where available
The subscription is billed on an ongoing basis according to the prices stated at the time of purchase. The Service has no binding period and may be cancelled at any time. Access to the Service ends at the conclusion of the current billing period.
The user pays for access to the information service during the subscription period – not for a guarantee of finding, renting, purchasing, or selling a commercial property.
Companyspace.com does not provide commercial properties, act as a real estate broker, or serve as a party to lease agreements or sales transactions. The Service consists solely of collecting and presenting market data.
As the Service is based on third-party data, inaccuracies may occur, including delays in updates or removal of listings.
Companyspace.com does not guarantee that users will find, rent, purchase, or sell a commercial property through the Service.
