Ligger praktiskt till i början av Årsta, en busshållplats från Gullmarsplan (Sköntorpsplan eller Ymsenvägen beroende på riktning) nära några caféer och Ica för post/pakethantering. Bra skyltmöjligheter ut mot sköntorsvägen där bussen åker förbi var 5e minut. Ljust och fint med två stora skyltfönster och ett litet i två olika riktningar. Lite högre i tak så lokalen känns rymlig.

Jag vill nu lägga ner min verksamhet pga flytt till annan stad och söker någon som kan ta över hyreskontraktet. Mitt kontrakt är skrivet till 1 januari 2027 men vill gärna bli fri från 1 juli redan om möjligt(skulle även kunna ordnas tidigare vid önskemål.) OBS Hyresvärden, liten privatvärd huset förvaltas av Trenton group, godkänner ingen verksamhet med mat då ventilationen för detta inte finns.
Så önskvärd verksamhet är butik/showroom eller kontor, konstnärlig verkstad etc. De är väldigt måna om att rätt hyresgäst flyttar in, dvs någon som har långsiktiga planer och stabil ekonomi.
