We have received a new opportunity for MBG across 10 listed countries. Please find the device matrix covering warehousing, transportation, logistics, and break-fix support in Germany, please provide us some alternate SSL at Berlin,Bremin & Dusseldorf to keep the stock.

Please arrange 5 desks with 5 chairs & power distribution boxes for (PDU) arrangement for multiple imaging /staging to the devices.

If we calculate with 75 laptops per pallet this means we would need to store around 258 pallets for Germany with new goods (65805/4=16451 devices to be stored divided by 75 laptops per pallet)

The pending countries are Poland, Hungary, Romania & Spain for similar scope

In countries with high volume at the start of the project the pre-imaged devices from the OEM are expected to be received in bulk.

Out bound will be in bulk and smaller quantities depending on number of devices being shipped either to small office /single user locations

Break fix / Leaver Joiner:-

For break fix /Leaver Joiner, we expect devices to be received in small quantities or single units. Same is in the case for out bound.

I think if we can calculate total warehouse space cost per country and for VAS/ Logistics per unit cost.

For staging ( VAS calculation) you may assume per engineer handling 15-20 laptops per day.

Intake and asset registration Assumption (MR-TIG)
Do we need to registrate this in our Klairy system or in a seperate system? Customer asset system / CMDB (system of record)
Warehouse system may be used for inventory tracking, but final records must sync to the customer system.

Quality inspection
Is this only a cosmetic inspection, or also repacking Inspection includes:
Physical / cosmetic inspection
Serial number verification
Model verification
Packaging validation
Repacking if required for outbound shipping

Asset tagging
What devices do we need to tag? Latops only? Or all including accessoires? Primary devices

Do we need to print the asset tags ourselves, and do we need to apply a second label to the box as well? Warehouse partner should:
• Print asset tags
• Apply to device
• Apply logistics label on box
Do we need add the asset tags to the Bios (laptops and computers only) Yes.
For laptops/desktops:
• Asset tag should be written to BIOS / firmware where supported.

Do we need to registrate the tags in combination with the part serial number into the customers system Asset Registration
Yes.
Asset tags must be recorded with:
• Serial number
• Model
• Device type
• Location
• Status
• Assigned user (when shipped)
This must be recorded in customer asset management system.
Do we only tag at outbound, or can we tag to stock

Autopilot
Are these devices already registered upon arrival or do we need to provide the hash files first? Tagging Timing
Tagging may occur:
• At inbound (preferred for stock visibility)
• During staging before shipment

Autopilot
Based on typical OEM flows:
Devices are normally pre-registered by OEM.
If not:
Warehouse must collect:
• Hardware hash
• Upload or provide to customer IT.

Functional testing
What tests do we need to perform (memory, ports, display) Testing should include:
• Boot test
• Display check
• Port check
• Basic hardware validation

User allocation tagging
Where do we need to register this (what software. ?) User allocation must be recorded in:
• Customer ITSM / CMDB system
Warehouse will link:
• Asset
• Shipment
• User
