Storage space is required for chemicals used in the semiconductor industry, preferably as close to the Port of Hamburg as possible.

The storage facility must accommodate approximately 4–8 standard Euro pallets (120 × 80 cm). Each pallet contains 2 drums of 200 litres each, with an indicated total weight of approximately 500 kg per pallet.

Temperature-controlled storage is required, with temperatures maintained between 5°C and 35°C.

The facility must be suitable and approved for storing the relevant chemicals, depending on their classification and applicable safety requirements.
