We are a Hamburg-based company (ROBOTOWN GmbH) specializing in sound engineering, acoustic design, and professional event technology.
We are looking for a flexible industrial or commercial space to establish a long-term operational base combining:
* workshop and technical production (sound systems, prototyping, maintenance)
* storage and logistics for professional equipment
* office and development space
In addition, the space will occasionally be used for controlled, private in-house events (approx. 1–2 times per month) as part of our product development and testing process. These events are professionally managed, with limited capacity, and serve both R&D and business purposes.
We are committed to maintaining a respectful relationship with the property, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and adapting the space responsibly. Sound management and neighborhood compatibility are a priority in our approach.
We are a founder-led company with strong technical expertise, existing operations, and a long-term vision in Hamburg. We are looking for a stable, multi-year lease and are open to discussing tailored arrangements with the landlord.
